Haha, kidding, but I agree with you, in today's society a tickle fetish simply means you enjoy expressing your feelings (intimate or otherwise) through that sensual act.

Also there are many theories as to why we actually feel the tingling sensation of tickling. But the most accepted one (based on the other 'euthusists' around here anyway) is that tickling is a social bonding mechanism.

Thus great for dates, haha.

When you do find the girl of your dreams, I wonder if she's ticklish haha.
